What we do
One booking covers the whole job. You choose the occasion — a newborn's Aqiqah, a wedding or engagement Walimah, a family gathering, a charity meal or Eid — and we take the animal from the farm through slaughter, cutting, packing and delivery. Sheep come from our partner farms as Baladi or Barqi lambs; goats and cattle are available on the same footing. Slaughter follows the Islamic method. Cutting is done the way your kitchen actually needs it: whole, halves, quarters, standard Egyptian cuts, or small pieces ready for cooking. Offal and head are kept aside when you ask for them, and left out when you do not. Everything is weighed in front of the camera, bagged, labelled and delivered chilled to your home or to the venue. If part of the animal is for sadaqah, we can take that share to the people you name instead of bringing it to you. There is no package you have to accept: the order form and WhatsApp both let you say exactly what you want.

Aqiqah for a newborn
An Aqiqah booking is built around a date, not a shopping list. You give us the baby's name, boy or girl, the date of birth and the day you want the slaughter — usually the seventh day. We work backwards from that, reserve the animal and confirm the slaughter hour so the meat reaches you the same day it is prepared. Families normally split the animal three ways: what the house cooks, what goes to relatives, and the share given away. Tell us the split and we bag each share separately so nobody has to divide meat on a kitchen counter on a busy morning.
Walimah for weddings and gatherings
A Walimah is a catering problem before it is a meat problem. The number of guests and the way the food is served decide how many animals you need and how the carcass should be cut — a mandi or ouzi service uses large bone-in pieces, a buffet with sides uses far less meat per guest, and grills need even portioning more than anything else. We ask about the menu first, then recommend a quantity as an approximate range, and cut to match the cooking method your chef or kitchen is using. Delivery is timed to the kitchen, not to the party.
Slaughter, cutting and packing
Slaughter is on the Islamic method: the name of Allah is said, the knife is sharp, the throat and blood vessels are cut in one pass, and animals are not slaughtered in front of one another. After that the work is ordinary butchery done carefully — hanging, skinning, dressing, then cutting to your instruction. You can have the animal whole for a venue spit, in halves for two occasions, in quarters for freezing, or fully cut into shoulder, leg, ribs, chops, shank, cubes and mince. Bones for soup and kawarea are kept if you want them. Each bag is labelled so the freezer makes sense a month later.

Islamic guidance
Many scholars describe the Aqiqah as a confirmed Sunnah, offered in gratitude to Allah for a newborn, and preferred on the seventh day; some mention the fourteenth or twenty-first if the seventh passes, and others allow it later. The majority view is two equivalent sheep for a boy and one for a girl, while some scholars permit one for a boy. The animal should be free of clear defects and of an accepted age, and the family may eat from it, gift part of it and give part to the poor. How much does it cost?
Prices depend on the animal, its weight and the cutting you ask for, so we keep them on the live price table on the main site rather than in an article that can go stale. Open the order page or message us on WhatsApp and you will get the current figure before you commit.
How far in advance should I book?
Earlier is always easier, especially for a fixed seventh-day Aqiqah morning, a wedding date or the days around Eid al-Adha. Message us as soon as you know the date; if the slot is tight we will tell you honestly what is still possible rather than accept and improvise.
Can I see the slaughter?
Yes — we send video from the farm with orders so you can see the animal and the process, and families who want to attend in person can ask when they book. Nothing about the animal or the preparation is hidden from the person paying for it.
Sheep or goat for an Aqiqah?
Both are accepted by the scholars who discuss Aqiqah, and the choice is usually about taste and the dish being cooked. Sheep is the more common request in Cairo; goat is asked for when the family prefers its flavour or is cooking a dish suited to it.
Do you deliver to gated compounds?
Yes, and most of our Cairo deliveries are inside one. Give us the compound name, the unit or villa number and a phone that will be answered during the delivery hour — that is what gets the vehicle through the gate without a long wait.
Can you split the meat between two addresses?
Yes. Families often send the family share home and the sadaqah share to a mosque, a relative or a household they name. Tell us the split and the addresses when you book and each share travels bagged and labelled on its own.
How is the meat packed for the freezer?
In portions, by cut, labelled in the language you ordered in. If you tell us the household size we keep the bags to a sensible cooking portion, which saves refreezing a large bag after one meal.
